Ladies, how to lose back fat!

Ladies do you want to get rid of that dredded back fat? Then this exercise is for you! The dumbbell pullover exercise is commonly used to develop the latissimus dorsi or your back and it's a great exercise to get rid of that back fat. While performing the pullover exercise, ensure that your hips stay below your torso to maximize the stretch and contraction of the lats.

Execution

Select an appropriately weighted dumbbell and position your upper back across the side of an exercise bench. With arms extended, hold the weight over your face and drop your hips slightly below your upper body.
Inhale and in a gradual arcing movement, allow your arms to extend back until a full stretch is achieved. Hold position briefly.
Exhale, apply force, and arc the weight up back to starting position.
Repeat until desired number of repetitions are completed.

Make it a great day!

Exercise & Beatufil Skin!

“It’s so easy to be beautiful. All you need is a face.” So says a popular make-up ad in one of its commercials. However, you may have a pretty face but what if your skin is not all that to begin with?

When you have beautiful skin, people notice it. This is not just for women, it also applies for men. It just so happens that its women who are more conscious of it (with the exception of gay men.) That’s why this article will focus primarily on how females of any age can have and maintain their beautiful skin.

1. Make sure that cleansing is a part of your daily routine. With the proper product that is right for you, cleanse your skin two times a day. If you can add a couple of natural extracts such as spearmint, or orange, do so in order for your cleanser to enhance its cleaning effect. It can also make you smell good. It’s advisable that cleansing is done in the morning and in the evening before you go to bed. The reason why one must do it in the evening is because while you are sleeping, your body releases the toxins that it accumulated through out the day. Think of all the perspiration and the make up you had on the whole day. Imagine if you didn’t cleanse – those will still be on your skin when you wake up the next morning, though you may not see it.

2. Exercise outside so you could allow your skin to breathe. It also helps oxygen go through your cells. The fresh air will do you good. It may not just be running because if could tire you easily. Something as less strenuous as brisk walking can also do the trick. If you wanna do it indoors, weight lifting not only improves your cardiovascular fitness, it also allows you to have a rosy complexion. This is the side effect and the ‘freebie’ you get from exerting such effort.

3. Every time you get the chance, try to get as much as six to eight hours of sleep. You may not notice it but if you get less hours of sleep, you’re depriving your skin the natural beauty that it can acquire. By staying awake late at night, your skin becomes dried and saggy. Your eyes will also be so puffy and eye bags can also get bigger. Put moisturizer underneath your eyes to lessen the dark circles.

4. Just as getting more oxygen, try to get sunlight, but don’t get too much. If you get fifteen minutes of unprotected sunlight on your skin, that’s like burning a hotdog on the frying pan. The right amount of sunlight helps in improving not only your skin but also parts of your body like your bones. That’s because the skin converts the sun rays into Vitamin D. Vitamin D in the body helps prevent psoriasis, eczema and yes, acne. For a Vitamin D diet, Eat egg yolks and fish, salmon, sardines and herring. Drink cow’s milk.

5. In order to remove the unnecessary toxins in the body, you must drink water. Water flushes out the impurities in the internal organs like liver, lungs, kidneys and the large intestines. Pimples and rashes are developed because the body is not thoroughly cleansed externally and internally. By drinking eight to twelve glasses of pure water a day and taking in a diet full of fiber, your body is thoroughly cleansed.

6. Do not tire yourself too much. Not only do you get less number of sleep, you’re also exposing your mind and your body to stress. This can have an effect on your skin. If you feel tired, have a little nap. You can always wake up after ten or fifteen minutes and do your work again. Remember – even if it may seem so little, it can still have a great effect. The tiniest wrinkle or white hair that you got from being over-worked can multiply later on if you keep tiring yourself.

Finally, give up or lessen the vices such as alcohol and cigarettes. If you like drinking and smoking, wonder no more why your skin is not as clear as a person you know who does not engage in those habits. Alcohol and nicotine in the body can have an over-all effect in your skin.

Make it a great day!

Cycling to your way to fitness!

To gain benefits from cycling you don't have to be super fit, an athlete or anything of the sort. The benefits of bicycling are great and it is a fun way to get that much needed exercise, especially for those days inbetween boot camp!

Weight loss and bicycling

If you are trying to shed a few pounds, dieting alone very rarely works out in the long term, however doing more exercise on a regular basis works wonders. If you cycle on a daily basis then it will not only help you burn a large number of calories during your workout but it will also raise your metabolism and help you burn more calories throughout the day. Cycling along a flat road or path at 12 mph will help you to burn off roughly 450 calories an hour, and even when you stop your metabolism is still speeding ahead, helping to you burn calories quicker.

Not only can cycling help you to lose weight and keep it off, it is also beneficial health wise. By cycling at least 20 miles per week you can help to reduce the risk of developing heart disease by half compared to those who don't cycle.

Health benefits of bicycling

Cycling is classed as an aerobic form of exercise; this is a type of exercise that is particularly beneficial to the lungs and heart. Your lungs expand with the effort of pedaling, which allows you to get more oxygen into your body; this in turn makes your heart beat faster to send the oxygen throughout your body. If you develop powerful lungs and a strong heart then you are well and truly on your way to fitness.

Just by cycling a few miles per day you will soon begin to feel fitter and healthier, you will see your muscles beginning to tone. You thigh, backside and calf muscles will gain the biggest benefit from cycling, as these are the muscles that you will use the most, but overall you will find yourself in much better shape. Perhaps you will find that you no longer get winded walking up a flight of stairs. However, the best part is, that the more you bicycle, the more you will enjoy it and look forward to your next outing.

Bicycling can also be beneficial when we are feeling down or if we suffer from stress, anxiety or depression. When we exercise we release what are known as endorphins into our bloodstream, endorphins bring about a feeling of happiness and contentment and are a great way to combat stress and depression. Cycling can be done almost anywhere by anyone, if you live in towns or the countryside there is always somewhere to bicycle. It doesn't have to be expensive and is a relatively safe sport, when you follow the few simple guidelines and can be enjoyed as a family.

Here are a few simple tips to help you get the most out of cycling

* Always carry a puncture repair kit
* Make sure you take a water bottle with you especially on long rides in the countryside
* Keep your tires pumped up to the required level to make cycling easier
* For safety always make sure you wear a bicycle helmet
* Always have lights and reflectors on your bike to make sure you are seen
* When cycling at night wear bright colors or preferably some sort of reflective material

Climb 'Til Your Dream Comes True!

by: Helen Steiner Rice

Often your tasks will be many,
And more than you think you can do.
Often the road will be rugged
And the hills insurmountable, too.
But always remember,
The hills ahead
Are never as steep as they seem,
And with Faith in your heart
Start upward
And climb 'til you reach your dream.
For nothing in life that is worthy
Is ever too hard to achieve
If you have the courage to try it,
And you have the faith to believe.
For faith is a force that is greater
Than knowledge or power or skill,
And many defeats turn to triumph
If you trust in God's wisdom and will.
For faith is a mover of mountains,
There's nothing that God cannot do,
So, start out today with faith in your heart,
And climb 'til your dream comes true!

Make it a great day!

The Truth about The Cabbage Soup Diet!

Most people who want to lose weight hear about the cabbage soup diet at least once in their life. This diet supposedly helps you to miraculously drop 10-15 pounds in 7 days. Many people when they first hear about this diet believe that it is “new” or “revolutionary” or even that it’s some sort of “secret” diet. When in actuality, none of the above is true.

There are a lot of misconceptions about this diet, including the origins. Some sources claim that the diet was created by a famous doctor; some sources attribute it to respectable hospitals, etc…The diet did not come from a famous doctor or hospital. The true origins of this diet are unknown to this day.

This diet seems to have first surfaced in the 1980’s. It spread quickly by fax machine. Once the internet arrived, it quickly spread that way. This is one of those fad diets that seems like it will never die or go away.

What is the cabbage soup diet?

The cabbage soup diet is a 7 day eating plan. The diet, as the name suggests, focuses around a soup which is comprised mainly of cabbage. The eating plan is below:

Day 1 - Cabbage soup and any type of fruit that you would like to eat, except for bananas.

Day 2 - Cabbage soup and any vegetables that you care to eat. You may also have a baked potato that has a small amount of butter on it.

Day 3 - Cabbage soup plus any fruits or vegetables that you care to eat, with the exception of potatoes or bananas.

Day 4 - Cabbage soup and bananas. You may eat up to 8 bananas. You may also drink as much skim milk as you want too.

Day 5 - Cabbage soup and beef. You may have up to 20 ounces of beef this day along with the cabbage soup. You may also consume up to 6 tomatoes.

Day 6 - Cabbage soup and unlimited beef. This day you can have as much beef as you care to eat. You can also have as many vegetables as you want, except for potatoes.

Day 7 - Cabbage soup and brown rice. You may also have any vegetables that you want this day, except potatoes. You may drink unsweetened fruit juice this day too.

It should be noted that you may eat as much of the cabbage soup that you want on any of the days. You must eat the cabbage soup at least 3 times per day. It should also be pointed out that there are some other variations of this diet.

The above may not be the exact cabbage soup diet that you may have stumbled upon. The main ingredients usually consist of the following: cabbage, onion, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, and seasonings. The ingredients for the cabbage soup also tend to vary.

Does this diet work?

Yes and no. The diet can work, if you actually stick to it for the 7 days. You are severely limiting your calorie intake. Given that you have to eat the same thing daily, will probably tend to make you want to eat less of the soup, which will even further restrict your daily calorie intake.

If you’re expecting the weight loss to be long term, don’t. Most of the weight you lose from this diet will be water weight, not fat. Once you resume your normal eating habits, the weight you lost will return. In fact, it is probable that you will not only gain the weight you lost while being on this diet, but you may even gain more weight. You could wind up heavier than before you started this diet after you resume your normal eating habits.

Is this diet safe?

No, it is not. It is highly recommended that you don’t go on the cabbage soup diet. This diet is not nutritionally sound. You can actually become mal-nourished while on this diet. You should never eat under 1200 calories, unless you’re being directed by a health professional. This diet can make you come dangerously close to consuming less than 1200 calories. Even though it is only a week, it is highly recommended you don’t try this diet.

The cabbage soup diet lives on because there will always be an allure and an attraction to a diet that will help you to lose weight rapidly. The cabbage soup diet is not nutritionally sound nor will give you long term weight loss benefits at all. There are many other safe, nutritionally sound, diets out there that will help you to lose weight quickly and easily, if you put the effort into them.

Your motivation for today!

" As you begin to take action toward the fulfillment of your goals and dreams, you must realize that not every action will be perfect. Not every action will produce the desired result. Not every action will work. Making mistakes, getting it almost right, and experimenting to see what happens are all part of the process of eventually getting it right."

Weight Loss Before After Success Stories!

What happens after you diet? Weight loss before & after stories are common. When you lose a significant amount of weight, your life can change in many pleasant ways. Here are some weight loss before & after stories.

Margie had gained 30 pounds after her second pregnancy. She was sluggish – and not just because she had to keep up with a baby and a toddler. She felt that her weight was keeping her from being the mother she wanted to be.

Margie went to a dietitian to help her change her food choices. One of the things Susan, her dietitian, suggested was to eat a variety of whole foods that were low in fat and high in fiber. Margie had been making a variety of quick meals and picking up fast food because of her duties as a mom. She decided that it was important to start cooking wholesome meals for her husband and herself. She quickly started losing one to two pounds a week. Within 4 months, she was back to her pre-pregnancy weight. What a great weight loss before & after story.

Another factor that was important in her weight loss was wanting to create a family of healthy eaters. She didn’t want her kids to think that food came from McDonalds. Fast food should be an occasional treat not a mainstay of their diets.

Margie’s weight loss before & after story is an inspiration to all new moms struggling to lose the baby weight.

Rob was a teacher at an exclusive public school who has his own weight loss before & after story. One of the perks of teaching at the school was that it provided a catered lunch each day. In addition, fellow teachers often brought specialty foods to share at lunchtime.

The camaraderie in the lunchroom was one of the strengths of the school program. But it was killing Rob’s waistline. He decided that he would bring a low calorie sack lunch and begin walking during 20 minutes of his lunch break. He worried that skipping the lunchroom would mean he would distance himself from his fellow teachers. But, when they saw that he was losing a significant amount of weight on his program, many of the other teachers joined in. Soon, there was a teacher’s walking club at lunch time. A “club” based around an unhealthy eating pattern was replaced by one based on a healthy one. What a wonderful weight loss before & after story!

Kerry was a busy mom with a 50+ hour a week job. When she wasn’t working, she wanted to spend time with her two boys, Gregg who was 9 and Vince who was 11. She felt guilty about going to the gym because that was an hour and a half she could have been spending with her kids.

But, as she crept up near 200 pounds, she knew something had to change. One thing she did was get up a half hour earlier in the morning to take a walk. Then, when she got home in the evenings, she made a point of playing 20 minutes of basketball with the boys every day. Her new physical activity combined with a low fat, lower calorie diet, led to her losing 55 pounds over the course of a year.

Being able to increase the time she spent with her kids as well as losing the weight was a win-win for Kerry. That’s a truly great weight loss before & after story.

Do you have your own weight loss before & after story? Be sure to share it with others as it can encourage them to lose weight as well.

Make it a great day!

Natural Appetite Suppressants Found In Common Foods!

Are you looking for natural appetite suppressants? Do you want to control your hunger without turning to pills or chemicals that you don’t know much about? Well, I have good news for you. This article will deal with five foods that are natural appetite suppressants.

You should keep these foods on hand all of the time because you never know when the hunger bug will strike. The foods are water, vegetable or chicken broth, green leafy vegetables, pickles, and apples.

The first natural appetite suppressants is simple drinking water. Water is a wonderful substance. Your body is 55 to 60 percent water, so this is a substance that you constantly need to renew. But, water has other effects as well. If you get hungry and it is not meal time, you will often find that drinking an 8 ounce glass of water takes away hunger’s edge. Wait 10 minutes after drinking the water before eating anything. Most of the time, you will find that you don’t need to eat.

Now, a lot of people don’t like to drink water. That is unfortunate because it does so many good things for your body. But, if that is the case for you, organic vegetable broth is a “food” that fills you up. The body processes water as a liquid, but it processes broth as a food. This means that broth satisfies your body’s need for food. Chicken broth is an acceptable substitute. Heat up 32 ounces of the broth and try to make it through all of the soup. You will probably find that you can’t before you are stuffed. And’ you’ll do it on only 20 calories!

Green leafy vegetables are the third of our natural appetite suppressants. They have so few calories that you don’t even have to count them! In fact, many of these can even be considered “negative calorie foods” because it takes more energy for the body to digest the vegetables than it’s calories. If you are going to use salad dressing, find a very low calorie dressing and use it sparingly. You shouldn’t use more than 100 calories of dressing on a big bowl of salad greens.

Pickles aren’t just for pregnant women anymore. An entire jar of organic dill pickles has only 50 calories. So, when you need something to munch on, a pickle spear might fit the bill.

Finally, consider apples as one of your natural appetite suppressants. Apples may be the highest calorie food on this list, but they are packed with fiber. An apple will fill you up for a long time. They are also sweet, so when you crave a cookie, grab an apple.

You don’t have to have pills or potions to get control of your hunger. Mother nature has provided a number of natural appetite suppressants in the form of water, broth, green leafy vegetables, pickles, and apples.

Make it a great day!

There is no easy way out of obesity but there is certainly a way to beat it. As a matter of fact, you only need to remember two words if you want to lose weight: Hard Work. Face the fact, there is no substitute for hard work if you want to be successful in many aspects of life; losing weight is no exemption. It takes a lot of time, commitment, and dedication to trim down, slim down, and be healthier. With a little planning and a lot of will power, plus weight loss tips from experts, you can be on your way to a healthier you.

Whether you wish to shed just a few pounds or lose from 20 to 30 pounds, weight loss tips can make dieting, exercise, and the whole weight loss venture easier and safer for you. But remember that weight loss tips is not meant to be the only tool you can use, your effort is actually the key factor to a fast track weight loss. That being said, here are a few tips you can commit to:

Proper Diet

In contrast to popular belief, diet is not mainly concentrated on losing weight instead it is also essential for maintaining an overall healthy you. Diet is usually defined as eating a controlled amount of certain food to regulate weight. Some people are on a diet to lose weight while many go on a diet to gain weight usually in the form of muscles. Proper diet starts with getting rid of foods which are not beneficial to the body. Cut back on fats, alcohol, and the intake of abusive drugs.

Drink Water

What better way to quench thirst than drinking a glass or more of water? Forget the frizzy drinks, sweetened fruit beverages, milkshakes, and iced teas. Compared to other drinks, water has no calories and cools your body. Drink 12-16 ounces of water every meal and bring along a bottle of water when you are on the go. If you like, you can squeeze fresh lemon for a zesty taste. This may be one of the simplest weight loss tip you can commit to, drink water and flush those unwanted fats from your body.

Exercise

Here is where hard work is really demanded. Though some people live hectic lives and the even the thought of exercising makes their body ache, exercise is a great loss weight tip to both lose weight and maintain a healthy body. Those who have very demanding jobs can still exercise in their own simple ways. A daily walk to the office or from the office to your home instead of driving your car is already a form of exercise. How about taking the stairs instead of the elevator? If you have time to spare, take Aerobic exercises or do other physical activities which require more body movements. The more effort you exert, the more weight you lose.

Weight loss is achievable with will power, proper diet, water intake, and exercise. Follow these simple weight loss tips and benefit from them.

A poem for you!

In such times of great transition,
Don't get stuck in one position.
Be supple, be bold,
Be strong, don't fold.
Hold your nerve
Through the swerve,
Retain your verve,
And all will be well,
As far as I can tell.

A Bun In The Oven And A Foot On The Treadmill!

Oh the wonders of pregnancy; that glow on your cheeks, the sparkle in your eyes, and the freedom to scarf and munch down almost anything you want since you are now eating for two. The most exercise you may have planned on getting was the frequent trips to the bathroom and the fridge; and of course the labor. This is what pregnancy is all about - right? It is about time to stop listening to your grandmother's pregnant folklore, put down the bag of M&Ms, and get yourself a fitness plan.

Is That A No On The Bon-Bons?

Gone are the days where pregnant women were persuaded and encouraged to do as little physical activity as possible. Perhaps the public is remembering what is was like to be with child two hundred years ago; it is highly doubtful that Ma Kettle got to kick her feet up for nine months. She was probably picking tomatoes and green beans the day before she went into labor.

Photographs of pregnant celebrities like Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Halle Berry in track suits and towing around yoga mats have aided in making prenatal fitness popular with other women. Those gals manage to get back down to their famous svelte figures somehow. Maybe there is a method to their madness after all.

Medical studies have been confirming the benefits to exercising during the pregnancy term for some years now. The right work-outs are very safe for mothers-to-be, and also help maintain a healthy weight before the bundle of joys arrives. Even a brisk walk in the morning or evening on a daily basis can do wonders for keeping your muscles and your skin in good shape.

Staying active and healthy during your pregnancy can ward of gestational diabetes and hypertension, both of which commonly plague expectant mothers. Your weekly exercise regimen can also serve you well during your labor, possibly making it shorter and certainly without complications. You will have a much less difficult time losing that baby weight if you already have a fitness work-out schedule.

One And Two, Bend And Stretch

Your first order of business is to make an appointment with your physician and discuss your best fitness options. It is likely that this topic will be broached in some length during your initial visits to the obstetrician. Many doctors and veteran mothers highly recommend yoga; the poses are easy on any shape or condition of body, and it is a form of exercise designed to strengthen muscles and eliminate stress.

The majority of fitness centers also employ personal trainers that will work one-on-one with members. You can schedule weekly or monthly sessions to fit your around your life. Check with your doctor's office and your health insurance provider about places that they might recommend. It is not just about your health anymore. After all, you are living for two now.

Make it a great day!

Vitamins And Asthma!

More than 10 million throughout Canada and the U.S. suffer from asthma. Asthma is very common, with doctors considering it to be a new epidemic. Most Americans who suffer from asthma blame it on environmental pollution, along with the increasing exposure of toxic chemicals throughout the air. Deaths that result from asthma are on the rise, due to those who have it not recognizing the early warning signs.

The condition of asthma causes the airways in the lungs to swell, throw out thick mucus, and over time spasm. The swelling that takes place will make the airways smaller, making it difficult to breathe. The first attack from asthma that you experience may include congestion, pain, wheezing, a shortness of breath, dryness in the mouth, coughing, and a feeling as if you have a fever.

Contrary to what you may think, just about anything can result in asthma. The more common triggers of it include allergies, an upper respiratory infection, stress, over exertion in exercise, or even the lack of a proper diet. Out of all the triggers, allergies tends to be the most common.

In most cases, asthma attacks are the result of exposure to things such as smoke, pollen, gas odors, and even automotive exhaust. Foods can also trigger attacks as well, such as peanuts, corn, chocolate, and almost all dairy products. If you take any type of antibiotics, tranquilizers, or hormones, it may prompt asthma. Asthma is a serious and somewhat annoying condition, one that millions of us face on a daily basis.

There are several mineral, vitamin, and herbal supplements that you can take to treat asthma. Among all that you can take, vitamin B is among the most important. Vitamin B maintains a biochemical balance in the body and it can also reduce the severity of the attacks. If you take vitamin A and E together, they can work to protect your lungs against air pollution. You can also take large doses of vitamin C as well, as it is very effective in fighting asthma.

Gingko biloba is effective as well, as it will enhance your breathing and help with your bronchial reactions. Oder-less garlic is another great choice, as it contains an anti-inflammatory agent that will reduce your chances of an attack. Throughout the world of vitamins and supplements, there are many different things that you can take to fight back against asthma.

Anytime that you suspect you may have asthma, you shouldn’t hesitate to go to your doctor and be tested for it as soon as possible. Your doctor will be able to tell you if you have it, and how severe it may be. In the meantime, you should avoid known triggers and be sure that you are eating a high protein diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. You should also eat a few meals throughout the day, instead of sticking with the three most common meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

As a whole, asthma can be very stressful. There are ways that you can fight back and help to eliminate asthma, which is always great news. If your doctor tells you that you indeed have asthma, you should ask him any questions that come to mind, as well as his advice on what you should and shouldn’t do. Even though it may not seem like it at the time, asthma can be prevented, and it doesn’t always have to stop you from doing things you love to do. Although it may slow you down - you can always stop it.

I started using the MSM lotion about a year ago and I feel a difference in my skin, it’s so much softer and it's never dry, even in colder temperatures! I also gave my grandmother a bottle of the Extra Healing for her arthritis and her knee felt better immediately. It’s a wonderful product and it also works well under makeup. My skin is always glowing!

In the cold Canadian winters I would develop chronic dry, cracking, red skin on my hands, it became such a problem I became embarrassed to leave the house. I visited dermatologists and used many different creams from prescription cortisone to over the counter brands, nothing worked. That’s when I found the Exra Healing MSM cream, this is the only cream that soothes and heals my hands in the winter, I absolutely love this product and don’t know what I would do without it.

Stop eating so much fat!

This information is aimed at helping you to
reduce your fat intake. The average individual
eats too much fat, a factor that's linked to
a variety of health problems, including cancer.
Diets that are high in fat are associated with
breast and colon cancer, with some studies
linking high fat to prostate cancer as well.

A majority of people can bring their fat intakes
down to a healthy range by making a few adjustments
in the way they shop, cook, and prepare the foods
they eat.

Now days, it's getting easier and easier to control
the amount of fat you consume. The fat content of
foods are now available through the nutrition label
and through brochures distributed by food companies
and even fast food restaurants.

You can use this information on nutrition to choose
lower fat foods by comparing products and food
brands. Once you have a rough idea of what a healthy
intake of fat is, you'll know what you can and what
you can't have.

From day to day, the amount of fat you eat will
vary. Some meals and some days will be higher in
fat than others. Even high fat meals can be kept
in line with healthy eating as long as you balance
those days accordingly. The average fat intake over
the course of weeks and months is important, not the
fat intake of every meal and food you consume.

Younger adults and high active adults who have
higher calorie needs can probably eat a little more
fat. Older adults and those that aren't very active
should aim for a lower fat intake. This way, you
can control your fat intake and avoid the many
problems that fat is associated with.

Make it a great day!

A Lack Of Vitamins!

Everyone knows that the human body needs a certain amount of vitamins and minerals everyday to function properly and remain healthy. A well balanced diet can supply your body with the vitamins it needs, although problems and disorders can arise if your diet doesn’t supply your body with the vitamins it needs. The symptoms of vitamin deficiency will normally present themselves when the lack of vitamins is at an advanced level.

Those who don’t get enough of vitamins A, B1, and B2 for example, will always feel tired, along with a loss of appetite. Other symptoms include mental and emotional stress, chapped lips, and other annoying or painful habits.

The most common causes of deficiency include a poor diet, alcoholism, stress, a lack of vitamins, or medicine that interferes with your ingestion of vitamins. If you are always feeling tired or feeling a lack of energy, you are probably short on the vitamins that your body needs to have on a daily basis. If you visit your doctor and tell him the problem, he will probably recommend vitamins and supplements that will give you want you need. Whatever you do, you should never overdo it and try to catch up on what you’ve been missing - as this will do you more harm than good.

Even though you may be following a healthy diet, you’ll still need to take vitamins and supplements. No matter how healthy you eat, you should still use the right vitamins and supplements to give your body what it needs. Vitamins are a great back up source, as they will provide your body with the minerals and nutrients it needs in the event of your diet failing you.

Before or after every meal that you consume, you should take vitamins or supplements. If you have a deficiency in a certain vitamin or vitamins, you should make sure that you never miss taking the vitamin you need. Even though you may not realize it, being deficient in a vitamin can greatly damper your performance as well as the overall health of your body.

When you look for supplements, you should always look for those that contain vitamins B6, B12, D, E, and folic acid. Along with being considered dietary supplements, these well known vitamins will help to fight cancer and help your heart remain healthy. The combination of these vitamins will help your body to remain healthy, boost your immune system, and keep you feeling refreshed.

To remain healthy and keep your body operating as it should, you’ll need to invest in vitamins and supplements. You can find them online or at local nutrition stores, many of which won’t cost you much money at all. No matter what your age may be, you’ll need to ensure that you are eating the right foods and taking the right foods. Keep in mind that you should never replace food with vitamins, as they are more less meant to give you additional nutrients and minerals.

Anytime you aren’t able to eat the right food, you should always turn to vitamin supplements to give your body what it needs. Supplements and vitamins are one of the best investments you can make, as everyone needs vitamins in their body. Even though the costs may add up over time, it is more than worth it when you think about. For what you spend in vitamins and supplements, you’ll be keeping your body healthy - and preventing a deficiency in vitamins. Although vitamin deficiency is very common these days, it doesn’t have to be.

The Victor!

One of our favorite motivational poems:

The Victor
Poet: C.W. Longenecker

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don’t
If you like to win but think you can’t,
It’s almost a cinch you won’t.

If you think you’ll lose, you’re lost.
For out in the world we find
Success begins with a fellow’s will
It’s all in the state of mind.

If you think you are outclassed, you are.
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win the prize.

Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later, the man who wins
Is the man who thinks he can.
