I'm really proud of everyone, collectively we've managed to lose 66 pounds in four weeks which I think isn't too bad! :-)Cindy was our biggest loser who lost a total of 10 pounds while the average weight loss for our first 4 week Kitchener Woman's Boot Camp was 5.25 pounds however everyone managed to lower body fat percentage, drop inches and improve their level of physical fitness!
Next boot camp starts May 31st!
