Creamy Mint Tea

(This recipe is for tired muscles. The magnesium and ginseng energizes the muscles, while the caffeine in the tea reduces pain.)

1 1/2 cups brewed green or black tea, cooled

3/4 cup vanilla low fat frozen yogurt

4 to 6 mint leaves

Powdered magnesium supplement

Liquid ginseng supplement

Make it a great day!
