Dr. Bernstein is marketed as medically supervised weight loss guaranteed. Have I seen people lose weight, sure, but at what cost? I do not wish to demean or explicate derogatory comments regarding Dr. Bernstein and his medical weight loss clinics. Surely, if you've managed to lose weight and keep it off, then congratulations. When people tell me about their experience at Dr. Bernstein it's usually past tense meaning it was something that failed them. I spoke to a young lady who tried almost everything to lose weight. She told me about her experience at Dr. Bernstein and described it as horrible. She said they were so strict, she couldn't eat anything, she was starving, she had to sign all these documents, they took urine samples to make sure she didn't deviate from her diet plan and they injected her with needles. Ok, now in my logical mind I cannot comprehend why anyone would want to put themselves through such a predicament when all you have to do is apply the principles of the dynamic 3. That's it! This weight loss solution thing is really simple. It's just that people are so confused and so desperate, their willing to try anything.
Does it work
Dr. Bernstein has helped thousands of people lose weight, it's no big secret what he's doing, it's simply calorie deprivation that's supervised by a team of medical professionals. He uses injections, vitamin injections to keep you're body in a some what healthy state. The trick to his program is his maintenance plan. You have to adhere to his maintenance plan or the weight will come back, just like any other calorie deprivation bout. What that means is more money for him and his empire and a dependant lifestyle for you. I remember this talk show host went on his plan and yeah he lost some weight, but the weight noticeably came back on and I guess he wasn't aloud to say anything on the air, I believe he had a contract to promote the company. You probably know who I'm talking about but I can't remember his name. Dr. Bernstein has been in the business of helping people lose weight for a long time, I believe over 30 years, with exceptional marketing and advertising campaigns but his approach seems to be lacking in exercise. One of the components of synergy. If you lose weight too quickly and you're weight solution doesn't include exercise you're sure to be left with sagging skin, which leads you to another problem. Surgery to get rid of excess skin.
Conclusion
I'm sure you can read between the lines, I'm sure you understand what happens when you cut calories, your metabolism slows and you lose muscle. I remember this trainer who was working with this guy on the Bernstein diet and he always use to say I wish this guy would come off this diet so he could see results. I remember his client clearly too, he took his shirt off one day and his chest was all saggy, he had sagging skin all over his body, gross, and just like I said he had to be on some maintenance plan where they inject you with who knows what. I'm tired of repeating myself, I really just say the same thing time and again. Ladies and gents all you need is the dynamic 3, all you need to apply is good nutrition, a concern for muscle and a moderate amount of aerobics. Sure, Dr. Bernstein can work for you but I'm just here to point out what I believe are the flaws. I'm writing this based primarily on information from clients so if I'm ignorant to some of the procedures at Dr. Bernstein or you have a positive experience to share, please enlighten me.
