Cellulose The Dieters Dream!

Hope you had a great thanksgiving weekend!

I did, I ate lots of food and had lots of fun with friends.

You can check out my pictures on Facebook. Click here!

Now here is a quick weight loss secret for you below!

Your body can not absorb cellulose. This is a good thing.

When talking about negative calorie foods we want to look for
foods that are high in cellulose.

The reason, your body can not break cellulose down and so it
can not take the calories from it. Unfortunately we can't eat the
perfect food in this respect cause we cant digest it either. I'm
not sure you would want to anyway because this beautiful food
is cardboard!

=)

Lol, eww yuk, cardboard.

Well, that isn't going to work so let's see what else is out there.

Celery is a great food to use. The cellulose content in celery is
huge, it nets about 6 calories in an 8'' stock. Celery is actually
packed with carbohydrates, but because its in the form of
cellulose the carbohydrates never get absorbed into the body.

Add a cold low calorie drink to the snack and you burn even
more. Your body has to first bring the drink to body temperature
before it can digest it. This expends even more energy.

So what your eating your negative calorie foods, drink a cold
glass of water with it and make the snack way more effective.

Make it a great day!
