Extreme 12 Week Transformation! Day 2

Was feeling grumpy yesterday must be the diet! :-(

Today is lower body workout!

So far I've had a protein shake with flaxseed oil at 6:30AM!

9:30AM Sardines and ranch dressing

1:00PM Chicken Breast and Ranch Dressing

3:30PM Protein shake with flaxseed oil

6:30 Chicken, ranch and cheese
