As we all know Barack Obama is now President of the United States! You can't help but notice him, in this historic moment his picture is literally everywhere. This morning as I was checking my emails a link directed me to Obama's picture on the cover of Men's Health magazine.Now, what stood out to me was the frequency of his workouts. The man works out six times a week! Mind you, he commented that sometimes he has to jockey between sleep and working out but he gets it done. He also went on to say he managed to exercise throughout his campaign.
I found that impressive!
Ok, so who has more responsibility than the president of the United States?
Do you?
No one has more to do than the president and if he could find time to exercise so should you!
