Kitchener/Waterloo Boot Camp 5K Run!

Hi, Chris Walker here, I hope you're enjoying the spring season! I just have one quick announcement, if you missed the opportunity to do the 5k run last year, your in luck, you now have another chance to participate in the boot camp 5k run.

We're gonna kick off the spring/ summer season with a 5 k run from kitchener to Waterloo along the Iorn Horse Trail.

The boot camp run will commence on the 25th day of April at 10:00AM so you still have some time to prepare and get your cardio up!

The purpose of the run is to get beginner runners to do their first 5k run and before you ask you don't have to be apart of the boot camp to join.

The cost is free! So come on out and support the beginner runners if you're an experienced runner or just give it a try even if you're a beginner.

Even if you walk/run you have nothing to lose just come on out and have fun!

Just send me a message or a blog post and say I'm coming!

I'll be running as well!

There will also be sign up sheets at my fitness studio.
(50 Ontario St S. Unit D)

I'll be sending more info on this shortly.

Make it a great day!

Chris

P.S. If you haven't signed up for the Women's Only Fitness Boot Camp yet don't delay it's gonna be busy this year and spots are going fast. Click the link below to register now:
